An important way to nurturing customers and prospects and assure that you remain relevant to their changing business needs is to communicate with them and encourage them to communicate with you on a regular basis. Good communication is a service firm’s single, most powerful business-building tool, but all too frequently firms fail to take full advantage of it. The creation of timely and compelling content does not receive the resources it requires, and newsletters are not distributed with the frequency needed to maintain relationships or to a database updated often enough to be effective.

This firm has over 80 satisfied customers and produces hundreds of customized newsletters and special mailings each year. Before we recommend a design, format or criteria for article selection, we get to know your business, your customers and prospects, and your needs. We can offer a customized version of a newsletter that edits, “tweaks,” and distributes copy you supply to us each month. Or we can serve as “executive editor” of your newsletter and write the copy ourselves for your review. Electronic distribution, mailing list maintenance, and newsletter design is of course, included. One year contract required.
